Refund policy

Effective October 7, 2026

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your $299/month subscription at any time, using the link in any weekly email or by writing to sam@alphynexhq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep receiving your weekly lists until then. You will not be charged again.

Weeks already delivered

We do not refund weeks whose lead lists have already been delivered.

If your first list is late

If we fail to deliver your first lead list within 7 days of your payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment on request.

How to request a refund

Email sam@alphynexhq.com from the address on your subscription, with the subject “Refund request”. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
