Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ALPHYNEX LLC (“Alphynex”, “we”) handles, why, and the choices you have. It covers the professionals whose business contact details appear in our leads, the recruiting agencies we contact, and our customers.
What we collect
- Business contact information about professionals: name, job title, employer, business email address and professional profile links, collected from public sources such as company job boards and websites, and from business contact data providers.
- Customer information: your name, business, email address and subscription details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email activity: whether our emails were delivered, and replies or opt-outs you send us.
We do not store phone numbers.
How we use it
- To find companies that are hiring and identify the right business contact for each lead.
- To deliver weekly lead lists to our customers.
- To contact recruiting agencies about our service, by business email.
- To bill customers, provide support, and keep records the law requires.
Legal basis
We process business contact data on the basis of legitimate interest: helping businesses reach the right professional about a business matter, using information related to that person’s professional role. We process customer data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Customers receive the leads delivered to them. We use service providers to run the business: Stripe for payments, Resend and Instantly for sending email, and our hosting and database providers. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data to consumers, and we do not share it for consumer advertising.
Opt-out and deletion
Anyone can ask us to stop contacting them, or to delete their data, by emailing sam@alphynexhq.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. We honor these requests within 10 days. Your email address is then permanently added to our suppression list, so it is never collected, stored or contacted again. You may also ask what data we hold about you.
Retention
We keep business contact data while it remains useful for current leads and delete it when it is no longer needed. Customer and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically up to seven years. Suppression entries are kept permanently so that opt-outs keep working.
Security
Data is stored with established cloud providers, encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people who run the service.
Changes
We will post any update to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
